1. Clint Conley sang "Revolver" with Moby and The Mighty Mighty Bosstones
near Boston in June 1997.
True, and not only did Roger encourage him but then declined the invite himself. Clint did
a spirited job delivering background vocals and
it was great fun watching him try to remember the chords.
2. Roger criticized Moby in Entertainment Weekly magazine for
changing the lyrics to "Revolver" for MTV.
True. Maybe he should have used the word "grotesque", but in the heat of the moment he got
carried away.
He has since met Moby (see #1) and declares him a nice guy.
4. Roger currently has a band called The Binary System featuring Larry
Dersch on
drums and Roger on piano/prepared piano and sometimes vocals.
True. The band has 3 CDs, and often plays the Knitting Factory.
The Binary System's third record,
"Invention Box", is out on Atavistic.
